Postage Options & Prices (Orders under £30)

  • Economy (Royal Mail)£2.70
    Estimated delivery: 4–6 business days

  • Standard (Royal Mail)£3.50
    Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days

  • Express – Next Working Day (Courier/Royal Mail)£8.95
    Order by 13:00 (Mon–Fri) for dispatch the same working day. Deliveries Monday–Friday (excl. bank holidays). Remote postcodes may take longer.

Orders £30 and over: Free UK delivery (sent via Economy or Standard, at our discretion).

Notes on estimates
The timeframes above are estimates from dispatch, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or industrial action.

Order Processing & Cut-off

  • Cut-off: Orders placed before 13:00 (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same working day.

  • Orders placed after 13:00, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays dispatch the next working day.

Tracking & Delivery

  • You’ll receive a dispatch email; services marked Express include end-to-end tracking.

  • Royal Mail “Signed” services may show dispatched and delivered scan events only.

  • Track items at royalmail.com/track-your-item using the tracking number provided.

Signature & Proof of Delivery

Carriers may obtain proof of delivery by barcode scan and, where applicable, record the delivery on their device (a handwritten recipient signature may not be captured). GPS/scan data or a delivery image may be used by the carrier as proof of delivery.

If You’re Not In

If no one is available, carriers may:

  • Leave a calling card and take the parcel to a local delivery office for collection or redelivery, or

  • Deliver to a neighbour or concierge/reception (common for student/shared or business addresses).
    If tracking shows Delivered but you haven’t received the parcel, please check with household members, neighbours, or reception, then contact us within 10 working days of dispatch.

Delays & Service Failures

  • Economy/Standard: Not guaranteed services; delivery-fee refunds aren’t provided for delays on these options.

  • Express (Next Working Day): If we used a guaranteed next-day service and it misses the guaranteed window for reasons within the carrier’s control, we’ll refund the Express delivery charge. Delays caused by adverse weather, peak-season congestion, incomplete/incorrect addresses, or industrial action are outside our control and not eligible for a delivery-fee refund.

Lost Parcels & Non-Delivery

  • An item is considered lost if not delivered 7 working days after dispatch (per carrier policy).

  • Please report non-delivery to us within 10 working days of dispatch so we can investigate with the carrier.

  • Once confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement (stock permitting) or issue a refund. We may ask you to confirm non-receipt in writing to support the carrier’s investigation.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. We can’t be responsible for delays or losses caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (postage may apply) or a refund minus original postage.
